Linoleum flooring can be easily cleaned by damp mopping with clear water and a mild cleaner. Newer linoleums have surface protection applied by the manufacturer which help make them water and stain resistant.

Linoleum floors are almost limitless in design and color choices and linoleum is better suited for areas that will be getting moderately wet than is laminate flooring.
